How The Yurconic Agency is responding to COVID-19

As we continue to monitor developments regarding COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, we want to let our customers know that we are doing our part to minimize the impacts of the outbreak.

Our focus is always on the safety and well-being of our customers, our team members, and our community, and as a result, we are taking the appropriate steps to avoid potential disruptions of service to our customers.

In addition to ensuring minimal disruption to our services, and out of the utmost caution for your safety, we have adapted our cleaning and disinfection protocol to meet the guidelines from the CDC. This includes providing hand sanitizers throughout our offices, regularly wiping down surfaces, and developing a communication plan in the event that we need to shut down one or more offices for any length of time to properly disinfect.

All office closures and updates will be available across our social media channels, in email communications to our existing customers, and will appear on our website.

Although we do not yet know the impact of this outbreak on the local level, we’ve developed these plans so that our customers can depend on us to provide the service level you expect from The Yurconic Agency.
