We were being assisted by Kelly O’Hare, the notary clerk. In a word, Kelly was amazing!!! She had dealt with that problem before and knew exactly what needed done. So fast-forward to the end and within 1 hour she had everything cleared up, the buyer had the car they wanted and everyone was happy. During the process Kelly periodically stopped to explain what she was doing and what impact that might have on either/both of us, if any, and what we could do if/when that happens. Great customer service! Offices are closed now of course due to the virus but I needed information about transferring the title and registration of two cars. I am a long-time client of the Yurconic Agency (well over 40 years). I was in an automobile accident 12/19/2020 & fortunately was able to have my car repaired quickly. Three months later my deductible still wasn’t refunded & I was frustrated with dealing directly with my car insurance company.  Yesterday, I contacted the Yurconic Agency seeking the help of Camille Tursi hoping she could intercede & get me some answers as to what was causing the delay. Camille was very understanding, professional, & helpful.  In less than one business day the issue is resolved, my claim closed, & my deductible refund on the way. Great job Camille.
